Test reader receipt

- In KB site, display the copy text at the header section stating that, the reader should read the article thoroughly and submit the response.

- At the bottom of the article, display a check box and allow the user to select and submit the response.

• The submit function will remain disabled until the checkbox is selected.

- When the user submits the response, display a thankful content for the moment.

• This context shouldn’t be displayed when the user revisits the page.

- When the user submits the response, display the submission successful message at the header section.

• The status of the article needs to be displayed in the dedicated page with the appropriate badge.
